A shop counter with a POS terminal, a stock shelf with price tags and a tablet showing a quotation

September 2026 made GetBizApps POS a stronger tool for selling in store, selling online and quoting bigger orders, all from one place. Stock now carries the right price for each batch, quotations turn into sales without retyping, and online orders from Shopify and WooCommerce arrive in the same till as your in-store sales.

Here is what changed and how each update helps your business.

Key features released

Price each stock batch separately

Not every batch of a product costs the same, and it should not always sell for the same price. With batch-wise pricing, each batch keeps its own selling price and MRP, recorded when you buy or adjust stock.

Your shelves show the right price for the batch being sold, which helps you protect your margin and avoid pricing mistakes at the till.

  • Turn it on in your pricing settings. Batch-wise pricing is ready whenever you need it.
  • Nothing to re-enter. Batches already in stock are given their current prices when you switch, so you keep working without retyping your stock.

Send a quotation and turn it into a sale in one step

Quotations help you win bigger orders. Prepare a quotation for a customer, edit it, and print or download it as a PDF to send.

When the customer accepts, convert the quotation into a sale in one step. The items, quantities and prices carry over, so you do not type the order twice. Before you convert, the quotation shows you any line priced below cost, so you can check it before it becomes a sale.

Take Shopify and WooCommerce orders into your POS

If you sell online as well as in store, your POS can now connect to Shopify and WooCommerce. Once connected, online orders come into your POS, and product, customer and stock information stays in step with your online shop.

You manage the connection and choose which store each online channel maps to, from the back office. You see your online and in-store sales together, without moving between systems.

What this means for your business

Batch-wise pricing protects your margin on every batch. Quotations move a customer from a price discussion to a confirmed sale in a few clicks. And one till for online and in-store orders means less switching between systems and fewer missed sales.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to set up batch-wise pricing for every product? You switch it on once in your pricing settings. Batches already in stock keep their current prices, so there is no need to re-enter anything.

Can I check a quotation before it becomes a sale? Yes. Any line priced below cost is shown on the quotation before you convert it, so you can review it first.

Do online orders show up in my POS? Yes, once Shopify or WooCommerce is connected. You choose which store each online channel maps to from the back office.
