Send campaigns with only WhatsApp-approved messages
The campaign setup now lists only WhatsApp message templates that are approved and ready to send.
When you set up a WhatsApp campaign, the message list now shows only the messages WhatsApp has approved, so everything you pick is ready to go out.
Before, the list could also show messages that were still waiting for approval, had been rejected or were paused. Those could not be sent, so a campaign built on one of them would not reach your customers. Now they are hidden.
Only sendable messages Every message in the list can be sent, so you spend less time troubleshooting campaigns.
Clear next step If none of your messages are approved yet, the setup screen tells you to sync your templates first.
