Import customers from a spreadsheet

Bringing customers over from another system no longer means typing them in one at a time. Drop in a CSV or Excel file and the importer shows you a preview of how each spreadsheet column lines up with a customer field, so you can fix any mismatch before committing.

Duplicates are caught automatically

The system checks your existing customer list and matches likely duplicates on its own, so importing the same file twice — or a list that overlaps with customers you already have — won't leave you with repeat records. Nothing is written to your database until you've confirmed the preview looks right.

Delete unused products in bulk

Catalog cleanup used to mean deleting unused products one by one. Now you can select a batch of them and remove them together in a single action.

Products with sales history are kept safe

The system automatically blocks deletion of any product that already has sales attached to it, so a bulk cleanup can't accidentally erase items your sales records still depend on.

Sell online with Shopify and WooCommerce

Connect one or more Shopify or WooCommerce stores directly to GetBizApps POS and manage them from one place. Products, variants, categories, brands, images, customers, and available stock now push online automatically, and paid orders flow back into the POS.

Two-way order flow

Online orders can be reserved and split across multiple stores, then fulfilled right from the POS — the update is sent back to Shopify or WooCommerce automatically. Cancellations and refunds mirror on both sides, so inventory and order status never drift apart.

Resilient by default

Syncing runs in the background with automatic retries, so a hiccup at your online store never affects a sale at the till.

Know exactly where every product sits in your store

Stock is easier to find when everyone knows where it is. You can now record where each product sits in each store, with as many locations as you need, such as a front rack, a godown, a fridge or a locked cabinet.

Add locations to many products at once from the products list, across every product that matches your filters. You can also import them from a spreadsheet.

On the cashier screen, your staff see the main shelf location for each product, so they can point a customer to it without searching.

Recover sales that did not sync when the connection dropped

A sale made during a connection drop is not lost. If it fails to sync, you can now replay it straight from the sync log.

If the sale can never sync, for example because it was already dealt with another way, you can mark it resolved so it stops showing as a problem.

Your sales records stay complete, and nobody needs to re-enter a sale by hand.

Record cash in and cash out without leaving the till

Your cash drawer stays accurate without extra steps. From the cashier screen, you can record a float top-up or a pay-out and carry on serving customers.

When you pay out cash for something, you can book it as an expense in the same step. A cash expense recorded in the back office also updates the drawer, and if you edit or delete that expense, the drawer is corrected to match.

The result is a drawer that matches what is really in it at the end of the shift.

Send quotations customers can view and accept online

Prepare a priced offer for a customer or prospect without touching your stock. Every quotation moves through a clear status — draft, sent, accepted, declined, expired, or cancelled — so you always know where it stands.

Share and track online

Share a secure link so the customer can view and respond from anywhere, and you'll see the moment they open it. Create revisions as the offer changes, or print and download a PDF for anyone who needs a hard copy.

Convert to a sale in one step

Once a quotation is accepted, convert it straight into a sale at the quoted prices — no re-entering line items or re-pricing.

Handle warranty claims against the exact unit a customer bought

When a customer comes back with a faulty phone or laptop, you can now find exactly what they bought and check its warranty.

Each unit's warranty starts from the day it is sold, so you can see straight away whether it is still covered. If the warranty has expired, the claim is blocked and you are told the date it ended.

Raise the claim against that unit. Only one open claim can be raised for a unit at a time, so nothing is duplicated.

Then resolve it as it suits the customer: repair it and return it, replace it with another unit in stock at your store, refund the sale, or reject the claim with a reason. Every step is recorded in the claim's history, so you can answer the customer's questions later.
