Set a daily check-in limit and clock-in windows for attendance
Set a daily check-in limit from 1 to 20, use strict clock-in windows, and close forgotten clock-outs automatically at the end of each shift.
Attendance settings now match how your business runs its working day, including breaks and forgotten clock-outs.
Set a daily check-in limit
Clock in more than once a day
Choose the maximum number of check-ins per day, from 1 to 20. Employees can clock in again after a break until they reach that limit.
Clock-in windows in strict mode
Clock-in opens before the shift starts
In strict timing mode, clock-in is refused before the allowed window opens. The window opens a set number of minutes before the shift starts.
Clock-in after the shift can be switched off
If you do not allow clock-in after the shift ends, clock-in is refused once the shift has ended.
Forgotten clock-outs close themselves
Automatic clock-out at the end of the shift
An open session is closed at the end of the employee's shift. If the employee has no shift, the fallback clock-out time from your attendance settings is used.
